2010 OUTLAW CIVIL WARS RACE RULES
Rules are subject to revision, so check back on occasion.
PRO TREE DOORSLAMMERS
1/8 mile Bracket race utilizing a 5 tenths handicapped PRO TREE start
Door cars only. LH steer roadsters allowed.
NEW FOR 2010! QUICK 8 PRO TREE. Quickest 8 qualifiers will race each other !st round, psaired up by ET.
4 survivors will race each other 2nd round. Finals will race on an indexed Pro Tree for a seperate purse.. Index will be based on the lowest ET of the day.There will be no Breakout in the finals, it will be a indexed heads up race! If car# 1 has a 4.50 low ET and car # 2 has a 4.75 ET, car # 2 will get a .25 second "spot" on the tree.
6.0 & 7.0 INDEX
1/8 MILE 4 TENTHS PRO TREE.
DOOR CARS ONLY.
NO TIRE LIMIT.
Absolutely no electronic or progressive timers or throttle stops. Manual throttle stops on carb are allowed.
Transbrakes, 2 steps, Electric or Air shifters allowed.
SPORTSMAN FOOTBRAKE
1/8 Mile Full Tree. NO TRANSBRAKES. 2 or 3 step allowed.
OPEN COMP
1/4 Mile 5 tenths Pro Tree
One tenth Breakout rule. Low ET in qualifying in your dial in for the day.Can run one tenth under and not breakout.
CAROLINA TRUE STREET
10 mile drive required. 3 back to back 1/4 mile runs. Best average wins.
Must have valid insurance and tags.DOT street tires required.
Awards to 10-11-12 13 second categories.

Heads up 4 tenths Pro Tree

X315.. TOP STREET/LIMITED STREET
Stock type suspension or true back half cars. NO full tube chassis cars.
No wheelie bars.
Mufflers required.
Alcohol allowed.
315/60 Drag Radial or 29.5 x 10.5 slick maximum tire size.
3000 lb minimum weight. Small block NOS cars deduct 200 lbs. 28' tire or smaller deduct 100 lbs.
